Today in San Francisco

This evening Wicked is starting up at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco, it is the second time that the musical will be setting up shop in the city. The musical will be starring Teal Wicks as Elphaba and Kendra Kassebaum as Glinda. Carol Kane is playing Madame Morrible and David Garrison is appearing as the Wizard. Other featured actors and actresses include Nicolas Dormard as Fiyero, Tom Flynn as Dr. Dillamond, and Deedee Magno Hall as Nessarose, with Eddy Rioseco as Boq.

Wicked features a score by Stephen Schwartz, book by Winnie Holzman, direction by Joe Mantello and musical staging by Wayne Cilento. Scenic design is by Eugene Lee, costume design by Susan Hilferty, lighting by Kenneth Posner, sound by Tony Meola, projections by Elaine J. McCarthy. The wig and hair design is  by Tom Watson, music supervision and arrangements by Stephen Oremus, orchestrations are by William David Brohn, and dance arrangements are by James Lynne Abbot.

Wicked tickets are the most sought after tickets in theatre and they are definitely tickets to one of the best and most exciting performances of our day.
