Wicked San Francisco Cast Announced

Wicked is returning to San Francisco in 2009, and the new cast was recently announced. The show, which has become wildly successful on Broadway and around the world is now going to be playing in the town where it premiered. For the few who have yet to see it, the show has now won 20 major awards including a Grammy and three Tony Awards.

The new cast will include Teal Wicks in the role of Elphaba, which she has recently been playing in LA. Kendra Kassebaum will be taking the part of Glinda, a part that she recently filled in the Broadway production.  Carol Kane will be playing Madame Morrible and David Garrison will take the part of the Wizard. To see the play where it premiered, be sure to get your San Francisco tickets for Wicked as soon as you can!
