Teal Wicks: LA’s Elphaba

Teal Wicks made her debut in Wicked as the Elphaba stand-by, and is now starring in the role on stage. The musical, which will be making its final performance in LA at the Pantages Theatre on January 11, 2009, has had the place of Elphaba filled by a number of talented actresses. Teal Wicks took over the part earlier this year, and has done an admirable job in the role.

Teal previously was seen staringin the National Tour of Pippin. Pippin is the story of a French prince’s tragic road to happiness, Teal played the part of the prince’s love interest, Catherine. She has also played in Stairway to Paradise, Ferenheit 451, Turandot, Rumble for the Ring and 1776. Get your tickets to see her at her best in the LA performance of the Broadway hit play Wicked.
