Reiber Hosts Music Show

One of Wicked’s own, Julie Reiber, is set to host Monday Night, New Voices on July 21 at the Duplex Cabaret Theater.  The 7 p.m. show is a “Ladies Night” presentation that will showcase the coice of Katie Thompson along with “New Voices” like Alison Boneli, Kayleigh Erickson, Mara Jill Herman, Marian Torres and Elizabeth Urbanczyk.   Thomson has been in productions like The Ark and The Forgotten Carols.    Scott Alan, a composer, founded the even to give light to some of the best new singers in New York.

Reiber is the standby for Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked.  Her other Broadway credits include Brooklyn and All Shook Up.  Her touring shows include Brooklyn, Rent and Jekyll & Hyde.  Tickets to the show cost $12 with a two drink minimum.

While it is great that Reiber is hosting, if you want to see her at her best, get your tickets to the next Wicked show on Broadway.  Even if Reiber isn’t the green-skinned Elphaba that night, this Tony Award-winning musical is sure to have you captivated.  If you aren’t going to Broadway anytime soon, get tickets for the show nearest you.  Get all of your Wicked tickets from StubHub.com.
