How Much Will You Pay For a Wicked Hat?

The Wicked Witch’s hat has fetched quite a lump of change at a Las Vegas Auction, when the bidding ended with a high price of $197,400.  It was quite a day for the winner, who perhaps has plans of using the hat to stir up some wickedly wonderful potions in a large black cauldron.  The auction also included Indiana Jones’ bullwhip which sold for $70,150 and the famous bowler that could slice a statue in half that was featured in the Bond movie, “Goldfinger,” the revolver that Jack Ruby used to shoot Lee Harvey Oswald and a rocking chair that was once used by John F. Kennedy.  Of course who wouldn’t want the fantastic hat that the Wicked Witch of the West once wore.

In fact, if you have a Wicked Witch hat, you will be much more popular at a production of the hit show, “Wicked” which has become a smash in theaters across the country.  Be sure to travel along the Yellow Brick Road and see this new take on the land of Oz.  You will fall in love with the story and the music, and of course the costumes, most specifically the hats!  Be sure to get your pair of Wicked tickets as soon as possible.
