At least eight co-stars from the Los Angeles and Broadway productions of ‘Wicked’ performed Monday, Oct. 15 at the “Broadway Unplugged at The Ford,” as a benefit show for the Valley Musical Theatre’s programming and educational program - a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, according to an article published Oct. 22 on Broadway World Web site.
The show, which was held at the Anson Ford Theatre in Los Angeles, featured performances from “Wicked” cast members such as Jenna Leigh Green, Kristofer Cusick, Shoshana Bean, Julie Reiber, Emily Rozek, Adam Lambert, Melissa Fahn and Linda Kerns, as well as Broadway stars Sean McDermott, Chad Kimball, Michael Arden, Matt Zarley and Jack Noseworthy. The production was directed musically by Los Angeles Ovation award winner Gerald Sternbach.
