Wicked Events at Universal Studios!

Universal Studios Hollywood, the theme park for lovers of movies and all things Hollywood, is taking advantage of the incredible success of the Stephen Schwartz/Winnie Holzman musical “Wicked” which is playing at the nearby Pantages THeater in Los Angeles, California. Guests to the theme park will be able to enjoy some Broadway fun during the parks’ summer season, as Universal Studios presents “Wicked Wednesdays” as a series of performances hosted by the actors and actresses bringing the hit musical to life every night in The City of Angels.

The series kicked off on June 27, 2007 with Carole Kane who played Madame Morrible in the Los Angeles production. For her part, Kane allowed the audience at that day’s “Wicked Wednesday” presentation to enjoy performances from the musical and also gave time for autographs a well as face painting and karaoke to Wicked-style songs.
